Workshop: From Game to Reality – Creating Digital Characters

Saturday 26.7. / 13:30-16:00, HUB 123

Creating games is not just sitting at the computer. Together with lecturers from Aeroschool, you will design your own digital character, animate it and teach it some basic moves. Then you will project it into real space where it will handle the obstacles you will make. The result will be a multimedia experience, which combines gameplay, animation and site-specific performance, enriches the digital artwork with a physical presentation and draws other participants into the game. The workshop will bring inspiration especially to teachers who are interested in multimedia projects, audiovisual education and creative approaches to teaching informatics.

Age: 10+, also suitable for teachers and everyone who is interested in film and audiovisual education
