The workshop run by the independent German media developer and educator will be conceived as a game and creative laboratory. It will introduce ways of tackling users' passivity, linking accessible tools of new technologies and fostering a creative and purposeful relationship to digital content among students. The attendees will take part in a scavenger-hunt-like team challenge full of ciphers, various digital tools and discovering treasures. Once the game is over, the roles will reverse. They will start to create their own interactive worlds and try to design a 3D environment, an education game or a learning activity using simple tools. The final part of the workshop will offer some further tips on how to work with these tools in practice.
