Núria Aidelman is co-founder and co-director of the Spanish organisation A Bao A Qu, dedicated to connecting artistic practice, education, and young audiences. Together with Laia Colell, she co-founded Cinema en curs, one of Europe's most influential film education programmes, which since 2005 has enabled children and young people to discover cinema through filmmaking, film viewing, and collaboration with film professionals. She also contributed to the European project Moving Cinema and teaches film and photography studies at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.

Martin Černý co-leads the NaFilM: National Film Museum. He is the museum’s manager, curator and coordinator of international projects implementing new technologies (augmented reality, gaming principles) in the museum’s exhibitions. He also coordinates the activities of the museum’s platform for innovation and education called museUM JINAK. He has been active in the film industry since 2014. He was a coordinator of short and documentary films in the Czech Film Center and a PR manager of the VOD platform DAFilms. Martin Černý studied film theory at Charles University in Prague.

Merel Gilsing specialises in children's cinema, audiovisual education and building partnerships between schools, cultural organisations and the film industry. She spent ten years in the education department of the Dutch Film Museum EYE, where she coordinated nationwide education programmes and collaborations with cinemas, festivals, producers and distributors. Today she works as an independent project manager specialising in cultural networks and film education. She currently leads Filmhub Midden, one of the regional Filmhubs in the Netherlands, is a member of the film selection team at Cinekid Festival and serves as an advisor to the Duemila30 student film festival in Milan.

Michael Jahn has been working with VISION KINO since 2006, where he coordinates SchulKinoWochen (School Cinema Weeks), Germany’s largest film education programme. Every year, the initiative brings more than one million students and their teachers to over 850 cinemas across the country, making it one of Europe's most extensive school cinema programmes. Before joining VISION KINO, he worked at film festivals and in cultural communications. He studied Communication and Media Studies as well as Cultural Studies in Leipzig.

Elisa Giovannelli has been working at Cineteca di Bologna since 2005, where she leads the development of Schermi e Lavagne, the Cineteca’s educational department and one of Italy’s leading film education programmes. She coordinates national projects supported by the Italian Ministries of Education and Culture, connecting schools, cinemas and cultural institutions through film. Elisa has also managed a number of international film education and audience development projects co-funded by the MEDIA Programme.
